“This house was better than the pictures showed. The master bedroom was immaculate. It was about a 10 minute drive to tons of cool destinations for kids. There is even a trail you can walk in the neighborhood that makes you feel like you’re in a forest. We got personal text updates and check-ins from a real person. For the price, this is the place to stay at South Lake. ”

“Absolutely loved this Chalet. Very spacious and clean. Loved the deck and views nestled in the trees. Wood burning stove/ fireplace was nice touch for chilly evenings.Close to Murphys and The Calaveras Big Trees. We stayed for three nights and wished we would have stayed longer. “This cabin is tucked away in the best spot, close enough to enjoy all Lake Tahoe has to offer with the feeling of a perfect mountain escape. The hot tub was delightful after a long day enjoying all the beautiful scenic hikes within minutes of the cabin and surrounding the lake. The host is kind and helpful and very responsive. We will be back for sure! ”

“We loved our stay at the Stonehaus. It's a great little cabin, conveniently located, that has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We especially loved the hot tub and my son loved the game room. The adjoining meadow is just beautiful, although you do hear cars from nearby Hwy 4 when you're sitting outside. Overall, a great little cabin that families will surely enjoy!”

“Zach's house was awesome! Nice open floor plan upstairs. All of the comforts of home-streaming on TVs, Alexa for music, plenty of kitchen accessories, gas grill on the porch, comfortable beds, spacious fenced-in yard & access to trails & open spaces. Zach accommodated an early check-in & was very communicative. We would definitely rent from Zach again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable sanctuary in South Lake Tahoe.”

“This home was absolutely wonderful. Perfect location close to town, lots of space, well appointed kitchen, large deck, etc. etc. etc. Even my 80 something year-old parents loved the place which is hard to do. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor worked very well for them. ”

“We had a very easy and relaxing experience. Everything in the house was in great working condition. Our two boys had a great time with all of the games and toys that were at the house. Both boys loved the basketball game. The house was perfectly set up for a small family. Everything we wanted to do Big Trees hiking and White Pines lake was only about a 5 to 10 min drive away. Small market right down the street was great for any last minute items that you might need. We will return! Thank you!”

“The house was spacious and had several amenities. The hot tub was great and the large, fenced in backyard was ideal for the dog. Only downsides were that the fridge was not working and a loaner fridge was installed and 2 of the fireplaces were not working. The heated floors were also nice. ”
