Fernando & Ian were amazing hosts. We really enjoyed them & their company. It's a very unique Hotel full of art & stories. Our bungalow however I found to be gloomy. The kitchen had no sponge and very watered down dish detergent. 1 plate & bowl with no paper towels or napkins. The bathroom was extremely dated with 1 tiny round mirror and really bad lighting also the sink was clogged so we had to brush our teeth and wash our faces in the kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower though. If this bungalow didn't lead to the most magical garden I would have switched properties. It's beautiful & at night if you can imagine it was even more magical!! That along with Fernando & Ian was this propertys saving grace for us. If your looking for something different this may be the stay for you.

Our room was so so clean . There was hair on a floor for 2 days before they were pick up . The steakhouse restaurant and Crystal restaurant we tried to get in for a few days and we couldn’t.. they told us that would take reservation but once we go there by 7 o’clock, they don’t take any people inside. I think it’s ridiculous.

The facility was immaculate. The food was better than other “all inclusive” resorts I have visited. Unfortunately- the service was not very attentive. I had tried making room to room, room service and front desk several times and no one answered but a recording of a Spanish message that I had no idea what it was saying. It was very frustrating and almost feel as though they couldn’t be bothered once I told them. Their answer “ the phone is broken” SERIOUSLY!! In addition the idea of having to wake up at 7am or before just to put a towel onto a lounge so that you have your “spot” for the day is absolutely absurd. However- the cleanliness an location of this resort made up for all the frustration.
