This facility is a High end on price but has the operations of a 2 star hotel. Upon arrival after spending $450 for 3 nights, our parking for 3 days was not covered so it was an additional $90 for 3 days parking. Also their elevators DO NOT WORK I was stuck in the elevator for 20 mins due to the scanner and the buttons not working. Once I got to my got my room, my room key didn’t work. I took it back to the front desk and the replacement key didn’t work so I was given a stack of keys to hold for my stay and was told to figure which key worked of the bunch. Terrible stay for the price that was paid. Do not come here

So much better than just staying in a hotel room and even for less money! Parking in the same building! Awesome! Dinner across the street. Breakfast we brought and cooked in our unit, Evreything we needed was there.. Even paper towels! So comfortable and enjoyable. We live outside the city 10 miles but a terrific get away!

Got there and room was dirty. Cleaners never cleaned it and left work at 4 (we got there at 6:30). No other rooms available. Missed the Pirates game, which was the whole reason we went to Pittsburgh

The staff was pretty rude in the beginning of the stay. I came across a man name Steve, he was top tier!!! If every business had a Steve, it would definitely make guest/customers have better experience! Steve was an amazing! I would return just because of Steve!
