Pay a little more and go elsewhere! Worst hotel stay I've ever had! The check-in clerk was far from pleasant--spoke quietly and when asked to repeat seemed as though I had offended him. NOTE: The check-out clerk was very pleasant. We were told "first floor" yet we had to go down stairs (with 5 heavy bags and no offer of help--I'm 68). we were below the street--the windows were about 6" from the ceiling and we couldn't look out unless we wanted to see car tires in the parking lot. The drapes didn't close all the way so light shone in. And speaking of lights--the flashed, not flickered, flashed for a good 10 minutes before staying on. The bathroom floor was sticky and the toilet seat was broken. The room had an odor to it which I cannot identify. We could hear the conversation in the room next door. Not to be vulgar, but we could hear the the occupant describing his bathroom "leavings". There were no cups in the room, when asked for some we received two styrofoam cups. The bed was very comfortable (firm) however the pillows were not! Small pillows, very soft pillows that offered no head or neck support. My husband and I both woke up with more aches and pains that normal!

The place was dirty. Bed sheets had stains, the staff were barely any help, and the stste of the entire hotel was entirely different from how Expedia advertised.

Definitely get what you pay for. The pool was not an option even tho it was enclosed. The free breakfast was essentially a brown bag with an applw and muffin. It was clean but def a 3 star at best - considering the non-existent fringe benefits

A terrible accommodation! Open the door of the room and there will be a very bad smell! I was woken up around five o'clock in the morning by the sound of opening and closing doors in other rooms! There was no bottled water in the room, and then I had to go to the front desk to pick up the water from the bad thermos bottle! Anyway, I won't choose this one again

2 star place for 4 star price.
My wife and I traveled into Pittsburgh for a night out to enjoy a local band and spend the evening with a couple friends so we stayed at this hotel. Upon check-in we entered our room which is located in the basement to find our bed frame was tilted upwards towards the headboard so upon further investigation we found it was hand built with with 2x10 lumber that was basically just screwed together I felt like it was a much cheaper hotel but the price for the evening did not reflect it . The bathroom was clean but very outdated overall it was a place to sleep just not worth the price we paid to stay here. Especially with the screaming children running through the hallway around 2:30 AM.
