"The apartment was newly renovated and comfortable. The manager was responsive and accomodating. The location worked well for us. Having previously lived in MA we were familiar with the area. I would figure out a way to let people know it is on the 3rd floor before booking though because some people may have a problem with the stairs. There may have been a mention but I missed it somewhere."

"The unit is the whole first floor of an older house, rearranged into two bedrooms, with a living room, dining room, AND a den (plus kitchen). The bathroom is quite small and needs better lighting. The master bedroom could use a luggage stand (no other furniture or closet in the room). And there are renovations that aren't quite finished. But overall its quite nice. Everything works. It's a quiet neighborhood. Very good value and will repeat."

I recommend this place for anyone with a family or anyone who is trying to get away from the fast pace of life. "Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away...

"This is a beautiful, 2 bedroom condo that was hard to leave. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Tina and Jim are excellent hosts and had a wonderful basket full of goodies on the counter along with a personalized welcome greeting and card waiting for us. The deck overlooks a large pond and tidal creek and there is big lawn with a fire pit for cooler evenings. We would definitely stay there again. Larry & Sherri"

"We stayed for a show at Bernie’s; Blue Chill was the perfect location for us to walk to the beach, the show, and everything else. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a great meal. The back deck was very relaxing, great sunset spot. Highly recommend, and the hosts were very responsive."
