“I will start with the pros...check-in was easy, as it was via a code to get into the room. The bed and bedding were both very comfortable. The room itself was basic, but the decor was nice and we liked having the vanity separate from the toilet/shower area. The location was very ideal and close to Newburyport. The cons...the walls are paper thin and we we could hear basic conversations through the wall from next door. We had an ant infestation in our room, which we didn't see until we got……

“Staff was super friendly, room was great, they fulfilled all my our (anniversary) requests with professionalism and without hesitation. Only downside was the TV in the living room and we couldnt watch it at bedtime. Other than that it was great! Thats why we keep coming back!”

“Front desk staff excellent. Room great and service at restaurant excellent as well. The only bad thing was the gorgeous view out the window overlooking the golf 😂. Would recommend over and over.”

“Stayed in the carriage house, which I alway love. Room was excellent.. just wish they had more outlets. But that is not why I stay there. It is a feel good place. Feels welcome and comfortable.. ”

“Arrived at 11:45pm and had to wake up at 0500. The digital key would not work. Went downstairs and obtained a physical key card which did not work. The front desk gave us another room. The room we stayed in did not have a deadbolt that worked for the adjoining room, dirty shower curtain and questionable elevators. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, just a very difficult time getting into our room to get a little bit of sleep”

“We checked in at midnight but the staff was really friendly to help me. The room is not big but absolutely clean. One thing that surprise me is the breakfast, its really good, i love the hot scramble eggs cereal, and we can make waffle by ourselves. Also, there are many kind of nut you can take it. I just love it all. I would recommend you come, but its better to have a car, it is 30 mins drive to Boston. In addition, the nearby live environment is high level area, so it safe to stay there.”
