"We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Walks on the beach, lobster and beach pizza! I couldnt connect to the house rules so if i neglected anything i apologize."

"This property sits back in a grove of trees and flowering plants but within 5 minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy breakfast or a late afternoon cocktail at the outdoor table shaded by said grove. Simply but satisfactorily appointed, the accommodations are great for a weekend getaway or a week at the beach. Newburyport and it’s many attractions and restaurants is a short 10 minute drive back from this property"

"This was a great weekend spot for my family of four, 2 adults, 2 kids. The cottage seems recently flipped and well done. Bunk beds were a hit with the kiddos and the waterfront was much more peaceful and quieter than expected. Close to plenty of food and activities."

"The property, although not within easy walking distance of much, is located a very short drive from downtown Portsmouth and attractions. The house was nicely set up, had ample room to enjoy, and all of the house amenities needed. Would recommend!"

"Three of us stayed at this amazing hidden gem for a friendship get away reunion. 9 of us in total, and hands down we had the best accommodations by a country mile. The cottage spotless, impeccably decorated, and thoughtfully appointed with everything from toiletries, water, snack, beach towels, etc. The beds were super comfortable and it was so conveniently located. "Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday but this would be great place to stay in the summer too! Several places to eat at the end of the street."

"We absolutely loved the location of this Beachfront Bungalow! Our early morning walks on the beach were just lovely, and our evenings were filled with the sound of the ocean waves! "Our stay at Michelle's home was great! The location is perfect, an easy walk downtown or a short Uber ride. My girlfriends and I were there for the UNH Reunion weekend. Having 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths was perfect. Also, having the kitchen or the family room/den to hang out in was so much nicer than sitting around a hotel room to catch up. "John did an amazing job with the house. EVERYTHING is brand new. The dishes, towels, bedding, appliances, were all high quality. The space was perfect. The bunkhouse, outdoor patio, outdoor furniture and fire pit were amazing. With easy access to the city of Portsmouth, Kittery Outlets, and York Harbor, it is a fantastic place for family or couples to enjoy the beauty of the NH and Maine coast."

"At arrival found out that the number pad entry wasn’t working, called the property manager, she was helpful and explained an alternative way to open the door, but it seemed they were aware this was an issue and didn’t let us know ahead of time. The floors weren’t very clean in the common areas. The bathrooms were clean. The mattresses were on bed frames with no box springs. I’m guessing this home has recently been turned into a Vrbo and still needs some work. The house is in a cute small town...

"The cottage was cute and had what we needed. The listing could indicate that it has a pod only coffee maker as we were not prepared with pods. Could have been cleaner as well. Carpet not vacuumed, several dishes not clean etc"
