What is i didnt like was how far our room is, especially when you have two hip replacements and asked if you can be charged from room and they tell you that they can't because the resort is full , also you ask for them to send a maintenance person to unclog your shower drain because when you get there its clog and they dnt send no one. You have to request clean towels every day because if you dnt they will not give you any but every two days. We had two great servers the most amazing ladies ever.. every one else were not very nice. We had to complain about a gentleman who worked at the buffet who refused to let a fourteen year old girl go in an have lunch because she had a towel wrapped around her waist and she was wet. Im really disappointed and will not recommend this resort to know one and its suppose to be a five star resort. I hope you can improve the (RIU RESORT) in COSTA RICA.
