"The property is just as pictured in the listing and is beautiful. Communicating with the property manager was a bit of a challenge. They list a phone number but if you don't have a working cell phone when you land, the number is useless. They suggest communicating by WhatsApp and that is fine, as long as you have the internet, which you will not have in your vehicle. So, coordinating with the manager on arrival was a bit of a problem while in transit. The road to the property needs grading as it...

"Everything you need is nearby. Most pristine beach, a little grocery store with so much to offer, we cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen had enough supplies to make our food. Gorgeous villa, we felt very spoiled! The gentleman/security guard was very nice. Staff answered all our questions, I had many lol! Will definitely return!"

"This was our second time staying at MaryArte. The house is located right on Playa San Miguel, which is a beautiful natural beach (we even saw a sea turtle this time). The house is spacious and clean. Lots of shade and places to relax including the pool area. We love the outdoor kitchen which is well equipped. The host is welcoming and easy to reach. "The house is as advertised, beautiful and well equipped. The location is isolated enough for privacy, but only 35 minutes from Samara. There is air conditioning in all of the bedrooms, which is necessary given the heat and humidity. The property manager Diego is really helpful and communicative. A great location!"

"We had a lovely stay at Ben's casita. It's a clean, comfortable space with very comfortable beds. Ben and the community manager were extremely accommodating regarding check in and check out, which we really appreciated. The casita is near the river and we could hear howler monkeys and saw some beautiful birds. We'd stay here again."

"So, I want to be careful when writing this review. I’m not going to slam this place and say it’s total junk. It’s not. It is also not for anyone fancy, or anyone looking to enjoy a place near Sámara, and treat it as a home base. We stayed one night, and that was it. "We stayed for 1 week with 9 of us sharing 6 bedrooms. The villa was clean and tidy and everything functioned well. Perched on the top of a cliff, the villa had great vies, though you could not swim in the sea below, due to the cliffs.
