friendly and helpful staffs

The staff were fantastic, the breakfast fantastic; We booked a suite which smelt, the hotel could not change rooms. The condensation in the windows was a cause of bad air circulation and thus dampness. The room was not cleaned well, I am a perfectionist and any hotel I leave pieces of paper to check, in three days they were left in the same place. Bed sheets not changed in three days.

The staff were excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was much larger than we expected and extremely comfortable.
