Impressed with the exceptional service and attitude of staff. Amenities are just what you need after a long days travel and the rooms are well equipped. The pool is lovely and easy parking. Room 702 bathroom door lock needs a fix. Room 703 could do with some safety mats/antiskid mats as it is a disabled friendly room but caused one of our family a slip despite laying the bath mat, as the water from the bathroom comes through the shower curtains and into the rest of the bathroom area. While the dinner buffet was amazing, the breakfast could have some more character and choices. I personally felt it was quite dull and didn’t find value for money. The bed linen (especially the sheets) need some sprucing up. All in all, would definitely come back here for future stays in NP as I absolutely adore the care, service and efficiency of the team.
