“是当地唯一一家五星，但其实不太对得起5星的标准，房间精致非常好，位置也很好，在入老城不久，也有人在停车场接送提行李，但老城内的路非常不好走，自己进去恐怕要给钱别人提行李，没有电梯，幸好员工很好帮忙拿行李，浴室的水力很足，前台经常没人，早餐很慢很慢。游泳池正在房间下方，天台太漂亮了，为什么不改在天台用餐要在大堂早餐呢，总而言之性价比一般。”

“Staff is helpful and friendly. Lovely place to stay. It was pity that cannot enjoy breakfast there due to early bus. It is away from main road, a bit tough to reach with suitcase. ”

“The hotel was a great location. But they should be disclosing they it's almost a 400 stair hike. Imagine doing that with luggage and a 3 year old. It was insane. On the checkout. Staff helped us out with luggage. But I would the staying there again till they have an elevator to use. ”

“The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. They mapped out our day and evening plans with excellent restaurants and facilitated transport arrangements to/from Chefchauen and also other stops in Morocco! 5 star service!”

“The location is hard to find but easy to be reached from the town. The service is quite good and receptionists are polite and provide basic breakfast to the customers. To be honest, the dar looks a bit old and the towels provided in the bathroom are dirty.”

To mutch Beggar in the old city arround the hotel. They ask you to buy just a little bit food when you go to the shop they want to buy half off the marked, dont do it. ”

“None of the amenities that were advertised were there. There was one little heater in one of the bedrooms and it got cold that night. Communication was extremely hard with the lady that owned them. Not a comfortable stay”

“Positive points: - Check-in/check-out process was fast and easy. - Price was relatively cheap (I paid around 15 dollars per night) - Staff were almost friendly, but the didn't speak any english. Might be a challenge if you have extra requests other than getting to your room, etc. Negative points: - Unclean overall. - Most of the spaces smelled badly with lots of flies hovering from time to time, including the bathroom. - Towels also smelled like they were not washed. - There were no handsoap……
