“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“The room is well-renovated and clean. Nearby environment is beautiful and quite. However, the transportation is too inconvenient. It requires almost an hour to go to the hotel from Amsterdam Central.”

“I stayed in Hotel stad en Land with my husband and 2 kids. We had a connected room with a double bed and 2 single beds at the uppermost floor. Staff are nice and the room condition is a lot better than I expected for such a historic building. It is opposite to the train station. Cheese market and car parks are within 10 minutes walk. No elevator may be a little drawback.”

“Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen… etwa 2,5 km vom Strand in Egmond an Zee entfernt, aber den Weg konnte man gut mit einem Dünenspaziergang verbinden. Frühstück war für ein Hostel absolut ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Selbst für Veganer gab es eine kleine Auswahl an Alternativen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, draußen gab es einen Spielplatz und Sitzgelegenheiten. Parkplätze waren direkt vor der Tür ausreichend vorhanden. Im Vergleich zu meinen bisherigen Hostel-Aufenthalten sehr……

“Great hostel in Alkmaar. I arrived by train and everywhere is walkable in town. Small room but you have everything needed. Small Kitchen to share on the floor. But no soundproof. Recommend to visit Kennemerpark!”

“Bij hotel van Van der Valk Akersloot hebben wij het altijd goed. Schone kamer, heerlijke bedden, mooie badkamer met douche en bad. Komen graag terug. ”
