"We were there for just 2 days and wish it could have been longer. We only used the upstairs, a small, rustic, but efficient space with a great deck(s), barbecue and table. It was great for our 2 dogs who also loved the water. For those in decent shape, the stairs are noticeable but not a detriment to enjoying the lake. The nearby town of Harrison is fun. Note that it's a slow, windy, but beautiful 10 mile trip to get to the place. There doesn't seem to be an abundance of hiking trails nearby, but more likely we just couldn't find them. There are nearby places to launch kayaks, paddleboards, etc. "

"Fantastic Stay for a Special Occasion!We stayed at this beautiful San Diego property to celebrate our son’s graduation from USD, and it exceeded all expectations! The location was perfect—so close to the university and the airport, which made getting around and picking up family a breeze.The house itself was stunning and incredibly spacious, both inside and out. Multiple decks gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. Our favorite was the large deck between the two master suites—morning coffee out there became a ritual. The rooftop deck was massive with incredible views of downtown and beyond. There were also two more decks, one off the dining area and one in front of the house.The pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone! Everything we needed was provided—from floaties to pool towels and even heating lamps (though the weather was perfect, so we didn’t need them). The kitchen was fully stocked, and every bedroom had access to its own bathroom—either private or shared between two rooms.The garage and additional street parking were super convenient, and the location felt safe and peaceful with a secure gated entrance. We loved being able to walk to Old Town and a cute coffee shop just down the street each morning.Check-in and checkout were seamless, with clear instructions provided. I highly recommend this home to families or groups looking for a comfortable, luxurious place to stay in the heart of San Diego. It truly felt like a private oasis."

"This was a great house to stay at as we explored the Coeur d'Alene area. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and our kids loved the loft area and games! They especially enjoyed playing table tennis. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a patio to hang out on in the evenings. Things to note: The road to the home is a one-lane gravel road with some pretty steep areas and drop offs (no guard rails). We rented a Nissan Rogue and did not have any issues with getting to or from the property, but did wonder what we would do if an oncoming car came our way. Also, for anyone with mobility issues: The home is on a high bank. Our kids counted 80 steps down to the water, with a sloped dirt path between the stairs. There is a sloped gravel path from the top of the road down to the house, as well. This was not a concern for us, but I wanted to mention it since it doesn't appear to be mentioned in the listing. Overall, this is a 5-star property and we were very happy with our stay. "

"We were in the area for a graduation, and it was a perfect, quiet weekend stay. The house was very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished and provisioned. We loved the hot tub and the recently renovated deck with grill, fire table, and plenty of seating with lovely lake view. It was a short walk down to the lake, and the provided kayaks were awesome. "
