The highlight of this property is definitely the customer service. The staff is hospitable , very friendly and always ready to help with a smile . The property itself is nice with good facilities , great bf spread and in room facilities .

Please note I received the spa discount but I didn’t use it. The property was very far from everything and there was no affordable taxis and the shuttle wasn’t always available. The shower drain was slow in both rooms I stayed in and I would expect better conditions for a VIP resort

From the beginning, we got there they attended to every day they grabbed our bags, helped us at the reception desk gave us a beautiful room and wanted to do whatever we needed them to do. The staff was above and beyond the dinner was very close to being a top level restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful every morning. I think I was impressed that they always knew my name and they were easy to help us whenever we had an issue overall, I’m giving it a five star experience. I was so excited to say this because we came out of a hotel that only earned one star

Service, gentillesse des collaborateurs, propreté ! Tout était là pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les chambres sont agréables et propres, le personnel est au petit soin souriant et bienveillant. Breath of fresh air

From the moment I walked in I was transformed to a peaceful, beautiful white haven. The staff takes care of your every need. I felt so pampered from my wonderful shower in my room to the spa with sauna and steam and the bartenders serving us wherever we were.
