"Great experience here. Staff were very helpful. Loved the sight seeing and food recommendations that were provided by the male staff member upon check in. He was lovely and always obliging. The hotel also has a gym and sauna that are available. It was great to have that option after the long days of travel. Would highly recommend staying here as it is less than a 2min walk from Estacion del Nord and super convenient if you are travelling by train. The hotel is also a short walk to most attractions in the city! "

"Property location unrivalled. To have over 100 eating options within a 100m radius of the hotel is unheard of. Very close to all amenities and close to rail network from airport so no need to worry about taxis/transfers. Hotel staff were very pleasant during all interactions across all levels of staff. Rooms on 9th floor look like they had undergone refurb recently and the balcony was a very welcome surprise. "

"We arrived late evening after 7pm, so it was much quiet and checked in fast. The breakfast selection was great, a lot to choose. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and bathroom/toilet was huge. To me the downside was there wasn’t no coffee/tea service in the room, have to get it from the cafeteria, I didn’t think anyone will go down to get coffee in their pyjamas in the morning. "
