Péssimo atendimento
"Não foi confortável, pois nos acusaram de termos levado uma Bíblia que estava no quarto e de termos perdido copos que nem nos apresentaram quando chegámos. A mesma história ouvimos em outros quartos. Pagamos a Bíblia e os copos só para evitarmos barulho"

"Not all advertised features were actually available (wifi, TV, swimming pool, restaurant), but, that being said, the house was beautiful and very comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the beach. And fortunately we had brought our own food to cook there."

O serviço nao é nada bom, tem la funcionarios que nao percebem o que se diz "portugues" por isso fica complicado a comunicaçao, enquanto la estivemos nao tivemos energia por 3 vezes pois o patrao mandava pouco dinheiro para carregar o credelec ,

O hotel Phaphalati fica entre a Ponta Malongane e Ponta Mamoli . Estas duas zonas têm praias muito bonitas, mas com muitas ondas. São sítios calmos, com pouca gente e por isso com beleza natural.
