"Hotel Ilaria is a nice hotel in the city center of Lucca. Parking available. We had a spacious room in the dependance building across the street. Fantastic bed, very clean bathroom with a good shower. Excellent breakfast and free biles to make a city tour. We will be back "

We were three in each of the rooms and there was no chance to make the personnel that prepared/cleaned the rooms to understand they needed to give un plates and cups for three people. Also had to ask for toillet paper. On the contrary the personnel at the breakfast area was absolutelly great. In particular Mrs Tyss, she was really kind and attentive."
