The bathroom was ensuite and had free wifi which was not secure but did the job if you’re using other security measures. When we arrived we were able to park on the forecourt which was very convenient. We were greeted by Caroline who was very welcoming. She explained everything that we might need to know about the hotel. Then she told us about the local area, buses etc. The hotel was very clean. There were little touches, such as large bottles of water and tissues, in the room. Comfortable bed and I slept like a log. The breakfast was amazing. I had a wonderful fresh fruit salad, different each day, with yogurt, and a selection of seeds and dried fruit. There was a selection of cereals. The full English was delicious, beautifully cooked and piping hot and my need to stay gluten free was met without problem. There were also vegan and vegetarian options. The owners were lovely, really kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The room was nice & cosy, and I absolutely loved the theme! The car park was small but we didn’t have any trouble parking. Location was good.. We were a stone throw away from Poole park which is beautiful, and not too far away from the Dolphin shopping centre and Poole Quay.
