Sunsets, romantic and spectacular, are a breathtaking experience of the area. The nearest beach is only 3 km from the house. Fully fenced and secure garden, ideal for families and friends, boasts the large 50 sqm private pool. A beautiful gazebo, lounge terrace, loungers and parasols provide the perfect relaxation experience. A large, built-in charcoal grill and a large dining table are just steps away from the pool.

The house is spacious, new and carefully furnished. There are 7 bedrooms, each of them fully air conditioned. In addition to 6 bathrooms, it is fully equipped for a group of 15 people. The kitchen is filled with appliances, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

There are two bicycles, with which the beaches are only a few minutes away. The area is warm, sunny and quiet. Private parking is guaranteed within the property.

Big house, great hosts
The house is really big, very well maintained, in a very quiet location, about 7 minutes drive to big shops like Kaufland, Lidl, etc. The communication with the hosts was very good, they were super responsive and helpful. A Christmas tree was set up in the house for us together with some small gifts and we were given some farewell gifts also. The house is set up with apartments, each one with its bathroom and a kitchen area. When renting the whole house for a big group, that caused a bit of inconvenience because the living room area is way too small for all. In summer that won’t be a problem as the outside area is great, with lots of space and one would spend most time there. But, in winter we had to spend a lot of time on the chairs in the kitchen. TV also could be changed with smart one to allow use of apps like Netflix etc, as there were only a few channels working. On the other hand, having many fridges was great. The kids loved the outside area with the table tennis, playground, badminton area and trampoline. Perfect size and in great condition. Bbq was also great. One of the floors was closed so, even though we rented the whole house, we did not have access to all the rooms as mentioned on the site. Some of the beds need to be replaced as they are super noisy. It was great to have many of them available. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely go back in summer but to rent the house as a whole and not by apartments.

Villa Petra
We were a group of 2 grandparents, 3 grown up children and their partners and 16 month grandson. The Villa was very spacious and the out door space was lovely with large dining and BBQ area, pool, trampoline, volleyball net and slide and swings - so something for everyone. The villa is very well equipped for cooking large meals and there were lots of extras like beach toys, bikes and a table tennis table with bats and balls. The hosts had the villa ready before the check in time and were very helpful when we needed information and advice. Check in and out were very smooth. The village, with restaurant are within walking distance and there are plenty of beaches a short drive away. Thoroughly recommended for a family holiday

Super!!!
Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben sehr großzügiges Grundstück mit Pool, Tischtennisplatte und Netz. Alles was sonst da war durfte auch genutzt werden. Die Familie ist super freundlich und die Kommunikation hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Unser Urlaub war super gut ich kann das Haus nur jedem Empfehlen.

A wonderful stay
The property itself is comfortably large, so we had no problem fitting even our 13-people-group inside. Everything was clean and ready to use. The owners were incredibly kind, as they welcomed us with gifts and spent a lot of time explaining the house and all its features. Overall a very beautiful experience.

Tolles Haus mit hammer Außenbereich! 😍
Wir konnten bereits vor normaler Check-In Zeit am Pool warten und wurden herzlichst bon der ganzen Familie begrüßt! Petra hat und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und auch Party Spots gegeben. Der Pool (kein Salzwasser) und der überdachte Außebereich sind das Highlight des Hauses! Auch die vielen Bäder erleichtern einer so großen Gruppe den Alltag!:)

Schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht
Wir waren mit 11 Personen in der Unterkunft. Jeder hatte mehr als genug Platz. Also auch Platzt für mehrere Personen. Es war alles im Haus was man so brauchen kann. Grill mit Kohle, Gewürze, Fahrräder, Pool, Sonnenschirme, Liegen, Schaukeln, kinderspielsachen, usw. ......... Die Lage ist gut. Natürlich keine Strandlage, aber mit dem Auto ist alles in kurzer Zeit gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundliche.

Wundervoller Familienurlaub
Wir haben mit 9 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern (6,5 und 1 Jahr alt) einen tollen Urlaub gehabt. Die Kinder waren den ganzen Tag im Pool oder haben das Trampolin oder das Spielhaus genutzt. Wir Erwachsenen haben auch viel den Pool genutzt, Tischtennis oder Federball gespielt. Das Haus hat wirklich alles gehabt was wir benötigt haben (auch Babybett auf Anfrage & Kinderbuggy). Jedes Paar hatte sein eigenes Zimmer (inkl. kleiner Küche) und sein eigenes Badezimmer. Wir haben soviel Zeit am Pool verbracht, dass wir tatsächlich nur 1x am Meer waren. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 10 min bei einem Einkaufszentrum (Lidl, Kaufland, Plodine, Pepco etc.) Aber auch in wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß einen sehr netten kleinen Laden in dem mn alles wichtige kaufen kann. Alles weitere wie z.B. das Dinoland oder Istralandia Aquapark sind mit dem Auto ebenfalls superschnell erreichbar. Wir wurden zu Anfangs von Petra sehr super nett empfangen und sie hat uns alles genauestens erklärt, bei der Abreise haben wir ihre Eltern kennen gelernt, die ebenfalls super nett und hilfsbereit waren. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Fantastischer Außenbereich mit Pool
Wir kamen mit mehreren Familien mit vielen Kindern. Uns gefiel es so gut, dass wir viel zu wenig das Meer aufsuchten, sondern lieber am Pool blieben. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und konnten einfach nach Familien aufgeteilt werden (wie Appartments). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und prächtig erholt.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, ideal für eine große Familie.
Aufenthalt in der ersten Augusthälfte 2022. Empfang: sehr freundlich, mit einer Aufmerksamkeit, dgl. an einem Geburtstag. Ganz herzlichen Dank, Frau Bubic! So nett sind wir in den vielen Ferienhäusern bisher kaum angesprochen worden. Eine junge Dame beim Empfang sprach Deutsch. Lage: in einem Wohngebiet nahezu am Ende einer Stichstraße. Auf einem Nachbargrundstück befindet sich ebenfalls ein Ferienhaus, auf der anderen Seite ein mehrstöckiges Mehrfamilienhaus, vermutlich Mietwohnungen; rückseitig unbebaut. Parken: auf dem Grundstück. Mit etwas Rangieren hatten unsere 5 Kfz Platz. Rolltor zur Straße mit Funkfernbedienungen (wir hatten 4 Stück). Haus: alles sauber. Ausstattung alles vorhanden, nur Geschirr und Gläser für 19 Personen knapp. 3 Schlafzimmer im EG, die übrigen im 2. OG. Das 1. OG ist privat. Hausmappe vorhanden, ohne Hinweise für Ausflugsziele. Alle Schlafräume und die Küche sehr angenehm mit effektiven Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Küche mit 2 Kühl-/Gefrierkombinationsschränken und weitere Kühlschränke im Haus verteilt. Es fehlt ein „richtiges“ Wohnzimmer, was nicht störte, weil man sich draußen sehr gut im Pavillon aufhalten konnte. In einem Raum ist ein Monitor vorhanden, der von uns nicht genutzt wurde. Keine Insektennetze an den Fenstern. Service: Als bei einem Bett die Latten des Lattenrostes nicht hielten, kam nach zwei Stunden jemand vorbei, der den Schaden behob. Essen: außen im Pavillon mit 2 großen Tischen und 4 Sitzbänken. Seitliche Laken schützen vor Sonneneinstrahlung, werden aber bei Wind teilweise heruntergeweht. Es ist ein großer Grillplatz mit Waschbecken und Wasseranschluss vorhanden. Morgens und tagsüber störten Wespen, die wir wegen unser kleinen Kinder konsequent mit elektrischen Fliegenklatschen bekämpften. Abends erschienen einige Mücken. Pool und Außenanlagen: Pool 10 x 5 qm; Tiefe gleichbleibend 1,40 m. Einstiegstreppe mit 4 Stufen. Salzwasser (es muss Wasser gespart werden); sehr sauber. Es fallen fast keine Insekten und Pflanzenteile in das Wasser. Außendusche. Für die heiße Gegend schön gestaltet. Ein Holzhaus für Kinder mit zwei Schaukeln, Leiter und Rutsche. Hüpfburg. 8 stabile Liegen. Volleyballnetz. 3 große Sonnenschirme. Schöne Pool- und Außenbeleuchtung. Garage: darin befand sich eine Tischtennisplatte. Abfallentsorgung: Mülltrennung. Das Herausstellen der Mülltonnen wurde vom Vermieter übernommen. Abfuhr einmal wöchentlich. Einkaufen: Kaufland und Lidl in knapp 5 km Entfernung (siehe Hausmappe).

Beautiful villa for different kind of bigger groups!
A pleasant welcome with a good house explanation. In the past apartments / rooms were rented out in this villa, so it has lots of bathrooms, toilet and kitchens. But that certainly has its advantages. A beautiful villa and a lovely outdoor garden. The hostess were very friendly and helpful, fast and clear communication. We only missed an oven glove and the number of glasses was on the low side, but these are small areas for improvement. Thanks for the stay !

Toller Urlaub
Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Woche! Wir haben uns als große Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich war noch besser, als wir erwartet hatten (gerade für unsere Kleinkinder). Die Begrüßung, Kommunikation und Verabschiedung war reibungslos. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein kleines Manko für uns: in den oberen Schlafbereichen gab es Durchgangszimmer, was für uns als einzelne Familien teilweise etwas ungünstig war und wir so nicht im Inserat von uns verstanden wurde. Dennoch gab es genug Betten und auch genügend Bäder, was uns sehr wichtig war. Zusätzlich gab es auch genügend Küchenmaterialien, sodass nie etwas aus ging oder nachgekauft werden musste. Selbst genügend Kühlschränke waren im Haus verteilt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Meer und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten sind mit einer kurzen Autofahrt sehr gut zu erreichen. Abgesperrte Parkplätze auf dem Hof waren für uns auch ausreichend vorhanden. Toller Urlaub. Danke!

La vacanza perfetta, dal posto ai proprietari
Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 adulti e 9 bambini. La famiglia proprietaria, che parla italiano e inglese, ci ha accolto facendoci trovare, oltre alla merenda, tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno ed è sempre stata presente quando ne abbiamo avuto necessità. La proprietà è bella e grande, curata e pulita. Il giardino con la piscina ha abbondante posto per giocare e per rilassarsi e il tavolo all'esterno era doppio rispetto a quello delle foto, in modo che potessimo starci tutti. Le stanze sono luminose e parecchie oltre al bagno hanno anche l'angolo cottura e il frigo. Punto in più, quelle del piano di sopra hanno l'accesso al balcone dal quale si vedono il mare e il tramonto. Nei dintorni c'è praticamente di tutto e la famiglia ha preparato un utilissimo quadernino con tutto quello che c'è da sapere perchè potessimo orientarci. Una vacanza giustissima per noi, in una una location consigliatissima. Grazie molte alla famiglia Bubic :)

Great stay in Kukci
We were a group of 10 (+1 dog) and had a great time in Kukci. Everything was cleaned up, the pool was checked multiple times during our stay and the hosts (Petra + Vesna) were very friendly and caring. The kitchen is a little bit small to eat inside, but there is plenty of space at the pool to do a BBQ there. 5* - can recommend this house without hesitation.

Schöne Tage in Kukci!
Das Haus ist gepflegt. Auf den Außenbereich offensichtlich etwas mehr Wert gelegt. Die Bäder sind einfach, schon in die Jahre gekommen, enge Duschen, aber auch sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist minimalisiert ausgestattet. Wir haben Messer und Schäler gekauft und dort gelassen. Große Salatschüsseln waren auch nicht da. Die Fahrräder waren nicht nutzbar. Eines konnten wir herrichten, dass wir damit mal zum Minimarkt oder nach Poreć reinfahren konnten. Also besser eigene Räder bei Bedarf mitbringen. Die Gastgeber sind maximal hilfsbereit, sehr nett! Sie schauen regelmäßig nach dem Pool und dem Garten. Nach 1 Woche wechseln sie die Bettwäsche und Handtücher, was wir angenehm fanden, aber nicht selbstverständlich ist. Unsere Fragen wurden rasch hilfreich beantwortet. Alles in Allem waren es 2 schöne Wochen in Kukci bei Poreć. Dankeschön!

Przez 14 dni szukaliśmy wad tego domu. Nie udało się. Było po prostu doskonale. Wszystko było super, basen, grill, zacienione miejsce do wspólnego jedzenia, gier i długich rozmów wieczorem, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, doskonała klimatyzacja, duże pokoje, wygodne łóżka. Dom przeszedł najśmielsze oczekiwania. Jeszcze dobrze nie odetchnęliśmy po podróży do domu, a już myślimy czy tam nie wrócić.
