The accommodation is located within the "Claire Marine" residence, so you benefit from an ideal location, with private access to the "sentiers des douaniers" leading to "la Plage de la Birochère" and the Alliance Pornic Resort Thalasso & Spa.



It has a cabin bedroom with a 140 double bed (recent 2025 bedding) and a single bed in the mezzanine (70 bed). A sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate up to 4 people.

The open-plan kitchen overlooking the lounge-TV area is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hobs, a microwave-grill, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a citrus press and kitchen utensils. A bathroom with WC completes the rental. A hairdryer, a fan, an iron and ironing board and a washing machine are at your disposal.

Enjoy the sea view on the terrace with outdoor table and chairs.

A private parking space and a bicycle storage area are available within the residence.

The accommodation does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and prioritise a dedicated charging point.



The tourist tax is not included in the rate and must be paid before your arrival.



A deposit of €800, in the form of a pre-authorisation on your bank card, will be requested at the time of the final payment. This amount will not be debited and will be automatically cancelled after your stay, provided there is no damage.
