  • "Can Soler" Beautiful finca with a maximum capacity for six people located on the outskirts of Felanitx.



    Upon entering the property you will find a living room with comfortable sofas to enjoy the satellite TV. For cold nights you can enjoy the wood burning fireplace. Air conditioning with hot and cold pump and electric radiators throughout the property.



    From the dining room you can access the fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer and coffee maker.



    The property has 3 double bedrooms. One of them with complete bathroom en suite. In addition, the house is equipped with 2 bathrooms with hair dryer included, washing machine, iron, high chair, crib...



    Outside, you can appreciate a nice and clear garden. It also has a swimming pool of 9m x 3m, perfect for cooling off and sunbathing. In addition, there are many leisure options such as: table tennis, petanque, badminton, table soccer among other things.



    The use of heating is optional and will be charged on site in cash in case of use (30 Euro / day).

Heerlijk verblijf!

Erg ruim en mooi huis met heel veel faciliteiten. Vooral ook voor kinderen fantastisch. Klein minpunt: het strand is wel een eindje rijden en die zijn extreem druk (maar wel prachtig).

Skønt sted med ro og mulighed for hyggelige aktiviteter. Vi vil helt sikkert anbefale det til andre - vi ville ikke hjem. Man skal dog kunne have lyst til at få besøg af høns med deres kyllinger og blive vækket af hanegal om morgenen, da der er bestilt vækning🤣 om ikke fra egen, så fra alle de nærliggende finkaers haner🤗 Vi vil helt sikkert huske det som et skønt og afslappende feriested, og mon ikke vi kommer tilbage engang!

The house is in a great location, set off the road

The house is in a great location, set off the road. Could hear nothing but the occasional sound of chickens and goats. The house itself is well presented and is in good condition with the full range of expected amenities. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nice and cool without needing air con (in August!) The outside area is amazing, a large well kept swimming pool with loungers and sofas around the outside. There’s a tennis court and a cute little hidden lookout behind the orchard which is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening wine. Haven’t got a single negative comment about my stay, the house or my host :) Thanks!

Wir hatten im November einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Sie ist wirklich sehr ausreichend für 6 Personen, 3 SZ und 3 Bäder und hat eine schöne Aussenanlage. Da wir im November da waren, hatten wir tatsächlich auch eine dickere Bettdecke, was in anderen Fincas (von anderen Anbietern) um die Jahreszeit nicht immer vorhanden war. Das Team von Rentallorca hat sich super gekümmert und alles lief reibungslos. Es war alles sehr sauber und frisch gewaschen. Vom buchen bis zur Ankunft. Nach Porreres sind es 10 Minuten und nach Felanitx auch. Man sollte aber ein Auto besitzen.

Bezcenna jest cisza i brak obiektów w promieniu 500 metrów. Idealne dla grupy przyjaciół lub dużej rodziny. Mnóstwo udogodnień rekreacyjnych. Wydaję mi się że zdjęcia nie oddają jak naprawdę duży jest basen, I cała posiadłość, duży plus Są małe szczegóły do których na siłę mógł bym się przyczepić, można by przyciąć krzaki przy drodze dojazdowej które lekko rysują lakier samochodu. Rozumiem że względów ułożenia łazienek jest to mało możliwe ale mile były by widziane szyby pod prysznicem we wszystkich łazienkach
