8 acres of solitude on the ocean with a southern exposure. You will not find another place quiet like this one. Designed and hand crafted by Ray Titterington master carpenter. The Cactus solarium which can reach 40c is a great place to see amazing cacti flowers and free your mind from the worries of today. You truly feel like your in another world. There is a small pond with seating where the water Lillie’s bloom all summer long. The sound of the ocean crashing here is unforgettable.

Peacefull and unique oceanside retreat

If your looking for a peacefull oceanside retreat to relax, read, cook, watch the beautiful ocean, and explore a nearby private and beautiful beach, I highly recommend this rental.

The legacy behind this property is so rich. The days blend together as you find new hidden pieces of love put into the floors, walls, solarium and countless little details. Ray was a talented man whose passion isnt hard to find.

Most unique rental

This property is a gem. We discovered new things right to the end. Loved exploring the cactus solarium. There was so many little things to look at and we were blessed with blooms on 3 cacti and a water lily bloom at the end of the week. My only complaint is the amazing view and the crashing of the waves on the rocks kept distracting me from my book. Lol Jon is a superior host. Always at the ready to answer our questions. Big or small. Thank you Jon

Mágical location. Stunning views

We most enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were truly unique with artful woodwork and a cactus solarium which was perfect for the one rainy day we had to still feel like we were outside and listen to and watch the crashing surf. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. Our host Jon was very communicative and easy to work with. The nearby Johnson Pond beach is a treasure! We all loved and hope to return.
