Welcome to 18 Shoal Bay Beach Apartments, your captivating holiday retreat nestled between Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay, NSW. Amid its open plan, air-conditioned living area and two bedrooms that can house up to four guests, the complex also provides a shared inground pool and lift from the parking to your door.
The bedrooms are comfortably laid out, offering space and privacy for all guests. The main bedroom boasts access to the balcony to allow the natural south easterly breeze to flow through and the second bedroom has the bonus of an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. This unit has a main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and the unit flaunts an internal laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
The vibrant air conditioned, dining/ living area is the heart of the unit, the living area opens out onto the spacious balcony which provides outdoor alfresco dining and gas BBQ facilities, the perfect setting for sipping morning coffee. With a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, and oven, guests have everything they need to prepare and relish their favourite culinary creations.
A usual day in the unit is a blend of engaging moments and peaceful downtime. Entertainment comes in the form of a futuristic Smart TV, providing endless hours of delight.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
