We were offered an early check-in and a late check-out, which made the weekend getaway perfect!The property is easily accessible from the main road, carefully maintained, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. “We are very impressed by our stay at the Muskoka holiday home. The house was very clean, and all the rooms were well-equipped. The owner was very enthusiastic and able to solve the problems we encountered immediately. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.”

“Overall stay was good. Beds were nice, they have one room with 1 queen, second room with 2 twin beds and one sofa bed in the TV room. Speaking of the TV, the photos might be showing there is one but that's just for decoration as per the host. Water is not drinkable, so need to arrange it ourselves. There was vomit behind toilet seat in powder room when we checked in. Rest of the cabin was clean. The door for backyard deck did not have working locks nor did it have working grill.”

No phone number. No entry code. We arrived stranded and had to get a neighbour to track down the owner for an entry code. If that neighboor hadn’t been home, we would’ve been stuck.The so-called “entrance” is a joke — no real stairs, just a dangerous, slippery gravel slope leading to the door. It’s a……

After reserving the property, we encountered an issue and tried to contact both the host and Vrbo right away. Communication from the host was unhelpful and we never received check-in or access instructions. In the end, we were unable to stay at the property and were disappointed by the lack of flexibility and support.”
