“Our family with a mix of Canadians and Ticos had the BEST time at Casa Cielo Rojo. House and property are gorgeous and Matt was an outstanding host!! Beautiful tropical landscaping and views of both mountains and ocean (at a distance) were highlights… stars were incredible at night!! House and casita are beautifully decorated and made the perfect location for our family meals… Location was super convenient to explore many beaches - with a little bit of a drive. In our experience, a 4x4 vehicle……

“I had an amazing stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. “The house was unexpectedly nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the cool (unheated) but not cold, jacuzzi pool after a long hot day in Manuel Antonio park. This is a nice place, but they really, really, need to let folks know that this place is very remote and the road is very bad. Great if you want to bring everything and just stay there, but it is a 45 minute drive on bad, unlit roads to come or go from the lodge. We could see several places where the hillside had given way into the road and one……
