The apartment was a good size and really clean. The location was excellent, really central to everything. The road was very busy but with the windows closed and the air conditioning on, you didn't hear the traffic at all. It had a kettle & coffee machine & plenty of cooking equipment. There was a big step in our apartment going up to the lounge area and bedroom, it wasn't a problem for us but could have been if you were older or less able. The bathroom was nice with a big separate shower. The office staff were friendly and helpful and were able to store our luggage after we'd checked out. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The office staff were always friendly, polite, and very helpful during our stay. The apartment had plenty of space and worked really well for our group of three adults and two children. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many of Porto’s main attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well kept, making it a great option for families traveling together. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Porto.
