The room was very clean. The staff extremely helpful. Great location by the ferry and downtown. We liked it so much we stopped in here and stayed again on our way back a few days later. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Paid for a room with a view on Expedia and was disappointed as a small window with a view of the street. Difficult to find entrance to the hotel as it needs clear signage.

Staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is completely renovated with high end finishes. Steps away from the ferry walking distance to a few restaurants. I stayed for six days and I will return.

Staff were very helpful and attentive, the hotel seems like it was somewhat recently renovated, finishes were nice. There is no elevator in the building so we had to walk up the stairs to the second floor for our room - it was fine for us but might be a deal breaker for someone with reduced mobility.

Front desk was awesome! They made a fresh batch of popcorn for us when we arrived back from a night out. Super convenient location to catch the ferry. The port is literally next to the property. Would stay here again, Thanks!

First off the staff were amazing! Very helpful knowledgeable about the area and down right friendly! The rooms 105 / 106 were renovated and well furnished (mini fridge, stove top, dishes etc) rainfall showerhead and bath products were lovely, and the bath GIANT TOWELS were wonderful! I was there on a work trip, but will be back to stay for a holiday. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends! Thank you for a great stay!!
