I arrived at night tired and the reception desk was empty I walked into the restaurant to ask for help. The waiter guy was very helpful. He took me back to reception and informed the receptionist who was busy on another call. I waited another 5 mins.
Everything else was very nice. The shower, the hot chocolate, the bed . .. . everything was really nice.

clean room and comfortablebed, bathroom shower not so well maintained as there was a lot of mould and the drain cover was misplaced.
Restaurant was pleasant and dinner was ok.
The location was very convenient for the Milenium point.

"The staff were amazing but the hotel itself was very tired and requires a revamp. Our room had hair clumps on the floor can only presume it was from previous guests under the bed has never been hoovered in months, marks on towels and bedding. Furniture is very dated and marked ."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant excellent, breakfast OK. No Netflix in our room, which was advertised, but not that important. Only there one night but the village looked nice. Overall, would warmly recommend the hotel."
