Central and quiet apartment in a garden district close to the Prague Castle

Enjoy your stay in the wonderful City of Prague in a very quiet garden district just at the Prague Castle. We offer an accommodation in a very big apartment in our family house. This apartment has a separate entrance and it consists of a hall, 2 very big double rooms +extra beds, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a kitchen on the first floor. Additionally you can book the third bedroom like a smaller Apartment with kitchenette, as well as a shower and WC on the second floor. All bedrooms are very spacious and they face South. In the total we can accommodate up to 9 persons in 3 bedrooms.
We offer also safe parking and WiFi for free for you. Baby cot and baby chair available for free.
There is an excellent connection by tram no.22 - the best one for tourist in Prague brings you to all the most important sightseeing (runs every 5 min.)- to the City (10 min.). Tickets for the public transport are cheap and available in our house.
There is also a direct public bus191 transport to the Prague airport from here.
Supermarkets and some very good restaurants you can find in a very short walking distance.

Great stay with Michal
Michal was very easy going, provide us with a lot of information especially how to easily catch the tram just 5 minutes down the hill. The apartment was very comfortable and super clean. All and all an excellent stay, thank you so much Michal for being an excellent host. 👍👍👍👍

The apartment in Břevnov was clean and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood. Michal greeted us and provided us with keys and offered us transit passes as well. The apartment had everything we needed, including a travel bed for our almost two-year-old. Overall a very nice apartment, close to transit and easy access to the castle and Old Town.

Very friendly host. Even allowed us access to the property before check-in time. Was ver prompt in communications before, during, and after our stay. Provided local transportation, dining, entertainment, and grocery store information upon arrival, complete with maps and notes. I needed to go back to pick up an electrical converter left in the apt, which he so graciously also accommodated. If we ever visit Prague again, will first look to see if his place is available. Very pleasant and peaceful experience that made our visit to Prague very enjoyable.

House up the steep hill
The property was a little out dated. Floorboards creaked in bedroom. My husband didn't get much sleep as every time I moved the floor creaked. Rugs were quite dangerous as every time you got to the end of one it moved. Not even got into the apartment and was asked to take my shoes off. (I don't understand why)Only a short distance to tram stop. It only took 7 mins to get there. Yes great but coming back was a different mater. The hill was very very steep. We only went out once a day so we wouldn't have to climb hill. Not suitable for people with bad knees/hips. Would we stay there again YES if they moved the hill. Apartment was very spacious but a little misleading. We had 2 couples and 1 single person. After really closely looking at photos realised there was only 2 bedrooms no lounge so the 5th person had to stop in another apartment upstairs and we had to pay extra. Michael was helpful showing maps etc but on arrival all I wanted to do was take my coat off and make a drink. I did ask for more towels as he had only left 1 towel each. Everything you needed was in the kitchen. Plants in all rooms including bedrooms. personally I don't like plants/flowers in bedrooms.

Es war alles super. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist 100 Jahre alt. Eine tolle Reise in die Vergangenheit. Tolle Lage. Nur wenige Minuten zur S-Bahn Station. Ein tolles Restaurant in der Kloster Brauerei.

Top Lage - alte Einrichtung
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet am Stadtrand. Aber trotzdem ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Auto parkt sicher hinter dem Zaun. 👍 Das Wichtigste ist vorhanden, aber die Einrichtung ist alt und zusammengewürfelt. Der Parkettboden müsste dringend repariert werden. An der Hauptstraße wo die Straßenbahnen fahren, gibts viele Restaurants.

Super Lage, top Preis! Vermieter kam mit Fahrkarten, Stadtplan, Verkehrsplan. Hat alles genau erklärt und einiges empfohlen. Er spricht perfekt deutsch. Straßenbahn-Verbindung super: man kommt überall hin ohne lange Wartezeiten. Gäste im Alter 65+ fahren mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos und haben fast überall ermäßigte Eintrittskarten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Empfehlen wir wirklich gerne weiter. Vielen Dank Michal.

Idyllisch gelegene Ferienwohnung
Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit gleich wertvollen Tipps für die Erkundung der Stadt. Eine Fahrkarte für die Tram konnten wir auch gleich erstehen und sofort losziehen. Die Haltestelle liegt in ein paar Gehminuten direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt in schöner ruhiger Wohnlage. Das Auto konnte auf vorhandenen, abschließbaren Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen bleiben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorgung sind auch fussläufig erreichbar. Der Weg zum Kaufland führt durch einen Skaterpark mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Prag ist wundervoll! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Städtereise nach Prag
Meine Schwester und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Sie liegt in einem angenehmen, ruhigen Stadtteil. In der Nähe, circa 4-5 Minuten, fahren 2 Straßenbahnlinien direkt in die Innenstadt. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man braucht und sie ist sehr sauber. Michal hat uns bei der Ankunft, sehr nett empfangen. Er hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und hatte auch Fahrkarten, für die erste Fahrt in die Stadt bereit. Das ist eine tolle Idee von ihm. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, braucht man eigentlich nur die Kurzzeitkarten, zum Preis für 30 Kronen bis 59 Jahre oder für 15 Kronen ab 60 Jahren. Falls ich mal wieder nach Prag reise, würde ich Michal wieder anfragen.

Authentische Unterkunft
In der hervorragend gelegenen Wohnung konnten wir direkt in Prag "eintauchen". Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen, untouristischen Wohngegend und ist dennoch sehr gut angebunden. Sie ist vollständig eingerichtet und lässt somit keine Wünsche offen. Wenn wir Prag wieder bereisen, würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Perfekte Unterkunft im Retrostil
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Herrn Roučka in perfektem deutsch empfangen, durften sogar früher anreisen als 16.00 Uhr. Er half wie selbstverständlich Koffer tragen. Auch hielt er Stadt- und Fahrpläne für uns bereit, wie auch Fahrkarten fur die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Seine vielen Tipps fur alle möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Veranstaltungen etc. waren sehr hilfreich. Einfach perfekt!!! Die Wohnung liegt etwa 10 Min. mit der Bahn von der Innenstadt entfernt, schon unterwegs erhascht man manchen Blick auf wunderschöne Häuser und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch kann man bequem zwischendurch mal in due Wohnung fahren, um sich ein bißchen erholen. Die Wohnung hat 2 sehr grosse Zimmer,die mut allem ausgestattet sind, was man braucht. Wer Retrofan ist fühlt sich hier im Paradies. Viele wunderschöne Bilder hängen an den Wänden, selbst Grünpflanzen gibt es. Die Küche bietet alles vom Eierkocher bis zur Spülmaschine und eine gemütliche Sitzecke. Einzig das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne und einem Waschbecken etwas klein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei einem weiteren Pragbesuch gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Herrn Roučka

Estadia de 2 noites para 5 pessoas
Tivemos uma estadia confortável para 5 pessoas. Apartamento bem limpo e bom atendimento. Chegamos com 3 horas de atraso e os inquilinos foram super compreensivos. Único ponto negativo é a localização, porque não fica perto do centro, mas o acesso por tram é fácil.
