renovated hotel, nice staff. The bathroom is painted but poorly designed so it's inconvenient to use. Hotel is far from the city centre/old town. but good value for what it is.

Nice, clean and cheap little hotel, looks like just have been refurbished, friendly staff, easy check in and out. Couple nice Czech food restaurants nearby. Bus to an old town 100m away. Highly recommend

the staffless check in was an interesting experience. we never saw a single person, but it worked out fine with the clear instructions we were given. excellent value for the price and the most comfortable hotel of our trip. a block or two to a main tram line one stop from the train station, easy to get around.

I checked in after hours , was easy to check in. No issues sleeping. The lady at reception was very helpful and kind. Convenient location, tram/bus stops close by. Also close to the main train station. Be sure to check out vitkov hill nearby.

The place was clean and I liked the codes in the room and main entrance however we had to call at 8 pm because we didn’t have the right code to enter our room. If you come late you need a cellphone that is able to call inside Europe otherwise it would have been impossible to communicate. There is no breakfast available due to corona and the receptionist is kind but we only saw her one time in our whole stay.

Heel erg standaard appartement. Weinig heel goed of heel slecht. Het appartement is schoon, maar niet heel schoon. De douche is onhandig (deze kan niet worden opgehangen). Het code systeem voor de deur werkt, maar is even wennen. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam, maar spreekt minder goed Engels dan je zou verwachten. De locatie van het hotel is overigens top.

Not sure about safety
There was good service when checking in: the door was opened and help was offered to carry the suitcase. Earlier check in was also possible. So the first impression was good. The room felt untidy because there was dark hair everywhere. I had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, but still someone came in with keys and didn't even knock on the door. This made me feel uncomfortable because I wasn't dressed properly and for example the bathroom door couldn't be closed and anyone could come in without warning. I told the receptionist about this during check out and she did apologize for the incident and said that maybe it was the cleaner who came through the door but didn't start to sort out it, although I wasn't sure because the person didn't speak English. The receptionist was different than at check in and I had trouble getting out of the hotel with my luggage, but luckily another customer appeared to hold the door for me.
