The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is a little far of everything but the stay was affordable. The room was okay. Its needs some updates and the walls need some retouch of painting. The breakfast was very good and have varieties to eat.

The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Bathroom is awesome and has everything you need. You have breakfast included and it is amazing. Bus station is right behind the hotel and you can go anywhere from there. The staff are very kind.

Large hotel with limited parking. Large rooms but bathrooms need updating & modernising. Good breakfast but aimed more at the mass tourist market. The added benefit was that our 2no dogs were allowed at the hotel for an additional cost

This is a great hotel with excellent service and breakfast included. Rooms are big and modern. Great wifi. Horrible public transportation to get to hotel from Prato train station. It takes all 1.5 with bus and walk. Prato station is only 15 km from Florence Santa Maria central station. Bests way to get to hotel is by taxi from Prato central station. Approximately 10 euros. 7 minutes taxi ride to hôtel than 1.5 by bus.

The hotel room was a little dirty but the staff at the front desk were very rude and not super friendly. The hotel parking lot was very dirty and have a bad impression. Also the toilet is way too close to the door where it causes discomfort at times. The breakfast was delicious and super fresh fruit.

Where do I start this hotel looks decent in the pictures but don’t let it fool you it is NOT what it looks like in person, it’s outdated no coffee machine or kettle in the room, no cups or anything bare minimum. The breakfast was horrible the food was all old and stale the eggs were cold and overall not good. The location is okay it’s far from everything and is in a kinda sketchy neighborhood.

Mi domando come abbia 4 stelle questo hotel. Per fortuna era solo una notte. La camera era fatiscente, ragnatele e un ragno caduto sul letto, il bagno si commenta dalle foto. Lo scarico con un assorbente o un adesivo con peli e capelli, il nulla cosmico di dotazione di amenities. La saponetta dura e il bicchiere di plastica erano offerti negli anni 80. Gli asciugamani di basso livello con bordi sgualciti e scucito. Il divano letto affianco al letto più i comodini e il letto rispecchiano il livello della stanza. Se così trattate un livello Gold di expedia non oso pensare gli altri. Categoria 2 stelle nulla di più.

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar. Mit den Hunden sind wir in ca. 30 Min zum Bhf Prato Centrale spaziert und von dort aus mit dem ÖV nach Florenz gefahren. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und das Personal sehr freundlich
