Beautiful New Jersey Inn

The Woolverton Inn is a beautiful place to stay while visiting south Jersey. The Inn is located on a beautiful property which is landscaped up front and which backs on to a sheep pasture, trails and farm country. The Inn is close to many historic sites, to the beautiful river towns as well as a number of local wineries.

The inn itself is so charming! The room we stayed in had a great jacuzzi which we loved but the bed is quite old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok. Pancakes were raw in parts but the free cookies and pastries were tasty!

We absolutely loved our stay at Wolverton. The staff was cheerful, the grounds simply lovely and the accommodations and food wonderful! Although it was a mere hour from our home, we felt completely away and relaxed. The breakfasts and evening treats were delicious. We loved the in room fireplace for a chilly cozy night and the relaxing bath and amenities. Thank you for the fantastic stay!

The Woolverton Inn, located in the quaint town of Stockton, NJ is only minutes away from attractions such as Peddler’s Village, New Hope, PA and Lambertville, NJ. The Inn offers a romantic atmosphere full of peace and relaxation. Food is amazing! The chef uses locally sourced ingredients to prepare and serve a tasty breakfast selection. The staff is incredible! Full of kindness and willingness to help make your stay excellent. A special thanks to Kailea for making my proposal to my girlfriend come to life by creating an area on the property to be both simple and intimate making my proposal forever memorable. Many thanks… Definitely looking forward to another stay.

We enjoyed a lovely welcoming and very pleasant stay facilitated by a very thoughtful and accommodating staff at the Woolverton Inn. This is a place that we will never forget for the fresh-made breakfasts and super delicious coffee which is specially created by a local vendor for the Woolverton Inn. Breakfast at the porch offered a view of adorable shrubbery and flowers very carefully maintained. The location of the Inn is perfect with just a few minutes away from New Hope, Lambertville, Peddler’s Village and other beautiful small towns and numerous farms. Our thanks to Mary and Mario and their team at the Woolverton Inn. Cheers!

Service is top notch. Owners and staff are very friendly and aim to please. It snowed one night when we were there. Upon waking in the morning, the parking lot was plowed of course, but they even shoveled between each car! Breakfasts are wonderful. Rooms very comfortable. We enjoyed the afternoon cookies and the surprise nightcap. You cannot help but enjoy your stay. You will feel like you gained new friends/family.
