It is what is expected from a Motel/Inn. I have it 3 stars as a whole against hotels, etc. there was just a motel ranking only I would give it a fourth star.

the receptionist gave us the noisiest room in the entire hotel, in the farthest block and between rooms of construction workers who are all night drinking and talking loudly in the parking lot in front of my door. Don't come here, it's a trap

Only one person working the desk. (Saves money on payroll, but not safe.) No "hello" or "thank you" -- just shoved papers at me to sign. No iron; no ironing board! Luckily, I had some ready-to-wear clothing packed.

I informed the front desk twice that there was a good amount of mold in the toilet water tank, which also leaked profusely to the toilet bowl. I also informed them that from below the concrete foundation, through the seams of the wooden floor, which looked fairly new, there was water that was coming through in the bathrook. Despite having the door hanger to announce to the staff to have maid service, we only receive maid service one day out of 3 that we stayed there. So, all in all, I recommend that you stay at the Hyatt which is about 2 miles north. MUCH better.
