Great Location, Great for Families
Very well kept home in Orem, we were a party of 8, plenty of space for all, we used the entire home and it was comfortable. We parked our rental SUV in the garage which was nice for the cold weather. Carlos was the best host, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The home was just as described. It is a little dated but it's clean and is located to almost anything you might need. We were only a party of 3 adults and 1 infant but there was more than enough room for a larger family. Having the laundry room was a plus.

Very nice place! Well stocked, well presented, and very clean. You will LOVE the plants around the home, so pretty and calming. The only negative was the tubs had no grippers and a couple of us slipped and almost fell a few times. Thank you for a lovely home away from home stay!

Awesome place close to RMU Graduation Ceremony
The proper was really nice. My 4 year old grandson was amazed with the koi fish. He loved the "cow" fish as he called it. That's all he talked about. It was great to have the 2 separate showers with full bathrooms. The house was very comfortable for the 6 of us that stayed.

Good Family value and location
If you are expecting the Ritz then don't rent this property. If you are looking for a great location, space for a larger group, and a pretty good rate, go for it. This is an older house, plenty of rooms for our group to attend a wedding. We were to busy to take full advantage of the kitchen, tv, and internet. The residence was clean but we did have to clean the tub drain to get the water flowing out. If we have another event/wedding in the area we would rent here again.

Great house
This was a good house for all ages. We had ages from 8 -78 and everyone enjoyed the house. The indoor pond was super unique and cute. We had one hot day where the A/C froze up and stopped working. We called Carlos and he got someone out there to fix it right away. The steps to the back yard are a little steep and harder for elderly to climb up and down as there are no hand rails. But if you don’t have any issues with mobility, you will be fine.

Nice Stay In Orem
We rented this house for our family during the week of our granddaughter's graduation from Provo High School. It's location was ideal for proximity to every place we needed to be during the week. The house is excellent for groups of up to 10 people with modern appliances, gas grill, nice patio, and a very interesting indoor gold fish pond! Carlos was great to work with and we will very likely try to stay here again when our granddaughter has another major life event.

Great place!
This house was a perfect place to stay when we came into town for a wedding. Plenty of beds and towels for everyone. The kids loved feeding the fish everyday. I only wish there was more couch space. Two love seats and a chair wasn’t enough space for everyone in the living room, but we made do.
