The staff was very courteous and accommodating to me. The location was perfect with a nice variety restaurants near by. The views from the room and hallways was amazing. The room was also kept cery clean.

Highly dissatisfied with our visit. We’ve been staying here for a few years now every time we visit Puebla. This visit, was not what we were looking forward to. The room had a smell to it, room service would take over 45 mins to deliver ice and that’s if they remembered. There’s a coffee maker in the room yet you only get a coffee packet for 1 as a welcome service. (We stayed 5 days) truly lacking attention which is discouraging since the rate per night is pricey…. They say they have transportation to airport to and fro yet none was offered. They gave an option for a taxi service yet that service never came thru. Definitely looking for another hotel for our next stay.
