"We enjoyed our weekend there. It's a little out dated, but the friendliness of the staff made the visit absolutely amazing."

"We were put in a smoking room despite a reservation for nonsmoking. I asked to switch but nothing else was available. The room smelled terrible. The good: The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. Otherwise the property was run down. The room was reasonably clean, but the common areas were dirty. Very poor breakfast. I will avoid this hotel in the future. "

"We had a fabulous time at Sweet Serenity for the 2 days that we were there!!! The accomodations were beautiful, very homey, and easy to find. Bemus Point is very quaint and perfect to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. It was also very convenient to Jamestown, as we visited the Lucy Desi Museum and the National Comedy Center. Thanks for a wonderful time!!!! "
