Pre-trip communication went very well, and we were able to add a day at the beginning and end of our trip very easily. Kelly provided us with restaurant recommendations upon our request when we arrived. Check in was very easy and I liked that they had a key as an alternative. “The host was welcoming and especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly. We assumed there would be a means to cook meals besides a microwave and a hot plate. The Keurig didn’t work. Upon stripping the bed before leaving, discovered there was no mattress pad. Liquid soap dispenser in bathroom had been diluted with water. We bought Soft Soap the next day and left it for the next guest. May we suggest providing individual soaps for the shower? Didn’t expect to have to pack our soap to use……
