"The beds had stains or marks on the sheets that looked dirty. Property stated we had received emails regarding check-in. Upon review they had not sent a check-in location nor was there a mention of a deposit after paying, months in advance. Water in showers never got warmer than tepid. Amazing stay, enjoyed overall. Would recommend to others and would use again "

"Check in is between 4 and 5 pm. If you arrive after 5 it is a 20 dollar extortion fee. Property was clean but run down. Only three forks and 1 spoon in cutlery drawer. No detergent. Hot tub was cold."

"Good location, older property. Comfortable beds however, both master showers had horrible water pressure, couldn’t wash our hair! Thankfully the hall shower was great. Everyone just took turns using the one shower, which was very frustrating when trying to get ready to leave for dinner. "

They haven't updated pictures or property description. We were sold on a 3 bedroom villa and instead, it's a 2 bedroom accommodation. 2 People had to sleep in a sofa bed that wasn't the most comfortable or clean. "

"I have used Ancia Suites twice now and have had an excellent experience both times. It is somewhat hard to find but once you know where it is, everything is fine. The rooms have always been very clean and well stocked. I will continue to stay there when going to Rocky Point."
