Beautiful hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo! The location was excellent, and the service throughout our stay was wonderful. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The hotel has several restaurants, and the food was excellent. We also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a great selection and was a wonderful way to start the day. There is live music at the hotel in the evenings, and although you can hear it from the rooms, it honestly didn’t bother us. After spending our days sightseeing and exploring Panama City, we were usually so exhausted that the music never interfered with our sleep. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I would highly recommend, the service I received was impeccable and just a wonderful experience! I was a bit hesitant regarding the location but once I got there, it turned out to be perfect. The concierge staff was such a pleasure to work with especially ‘Jerry’, who provided recommendations and information. This was such a blessing to us. I would stay here again in a heart beat. It’s a must stay!
