The room was very hot. I got the feeling that they cap the AC at a desired number, so even though I kept turning it lower it never got cool enough to sleep comfortably through the night. The hallway on the third floor smelled moldy. The shuttle service to the airport was for a free altough at reservation time this was not specified. The beds are ok and only one pillow was on it. The staff was great!

Very nice middle tier property within easy walking distance of the train station. Public areas were clean and the staff friendly and attentive. Rooms were quiet but in need of some maintenance and updating.

Beautiful hotel right opposite the station. Our flight was late evening and took the Marconi Express train took 20mins no hassle very easy to book. Our room was lovely ,, comfy bed, large bathroom with shower with shampoo & body lotion, you need to bring your own conditioner. Tea, coffee with kettle, and chargeable minibar. Very helpful staff and polite reception who are happy to help with any query you may have. Breakfast was amazing and everything thing is walkable. Loads of restaurants to choose from, local shop right next to the station, and in town. We took day trip train to Florence, Venice, Ferrera, Rimini if you want to head off to a beach resort, Modena home of Ferarri, other options available to visit too. We this hotel really needs is swimming pool, sauna where you can relax after a busy day. Very happy overall and would definitely stay here again.
