We only had one issue and that was with the dryer not working, which we didn’t discover until we had already washed a load of clothes. There isn’t a lobby that is staffed at this location, and it’s not clear who to contact with issues. The “check-in” occurred at the security gate as you arrive to the country club. But despite the lack of clear instructions you get when booking, I still recommend this place, especially if you have more than a one night stay, and would stay here again. There was something happening everyday right outside the hotel all the time. The staff so welcoming, breakfast was delicious. The city the people. I cannot say enough Panama and its people. So welcoming. I will definitely stay there again and longer. It was like staying in a movie.
