The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The views from the rooms, especially the 4th floor, are amazing. I would ask for a room on the north side of the building though. Unfortunately our room was in the south side and trains passed by every 15-30 minutes. A little less through the night. Unfortunately our fireplace only worked if you took the cover off and banged the pipes. The bathtubs could use an update and it would be nice if the toilet paper didn't feel like you were wiping with newspaper.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Stay – We’ll Be Back! This was our second time staying at Basecamp Suites Banff, and once again, we had a wonderful experience! Our family loves this place. The views of the surrounding mountains are spectacular, and the hot tub is the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. The location is fantastic, with lots of great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We also really appreciate the thoughtful extras, like the hallway cabinet stocked with extra towels, coffee, and other essentials. It’s those little touches that make a stay even better! We love coming here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Basecamp Suites Banff to anyone visiting the area. We’ve already decided we’ll be back again! ❤️🏔️
