Built of stone, it was once an old farmhouse; today it has been completely renovated. It is located on the first floor and offers very convenient access, even for people with disabilities.
It features a large covered wooden patio and boasts a spectacular view of meadows and holm oak forests. It has access to a 5x8-meter pool (shared with up to 6 guests from a neighboring house).
Outside, it retains the old oven and barbecue, where you can enjoy preparing delicious dishes, including Apulian specialties.
