El Chico-Rooftop Pool

Welcome to `El Chico,` a condo located in the beautiful Saint-Roch neighborhood, on the 7th floor of a brand new building! Just 2 km from Old Quebec and the Plains of Abraham, `El Chico` offers a fully equipped condo with air conditioning and two bedrooms. You will also have access to a rooftop terrace equipped with a BBQ and a pool. Enjoy a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests. A gym and lounge area are accessible at all times.

Access to the condo is autonomous, and all communication will be conducted via Airbnb`s electronic messaging. We are fully available to answer any questions you may have.

Just a 15-minute walk from Old Quebec, the Saint-Roch neighborhood is bustling with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and trendy bars. With its modern style, refreshing green spaces, and proximity to tourist attractions, Saint-Roch is the perfect place to enjoy the unique charm of Quebec City!

You can easily get around Quebec City on foot, by public transport, or by car.
