"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Booked last minute, excellent communication. Parking a great bonus. Accommodation was clean, everything we needed for our two night stay. Central to Eaton and an easy walk into Windsor.
Plenty of eateries and local pubs on the doorstep. Some street noise but not a big bother to us. Bring earplugs if that’s going to be an issue for you. We had the most comfortable stay and would have loved to stay longer. I’ll definitely try and book again for our next visit. "
"We went as a mother and daughter, for my mums 70th. We couldn't fault this hotel at all! Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room we were in was well decorated and had all amenities. There was an option to park there, which we found useful. The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. Would definitely recommend! "
