“Even from before we booked this location, Dennis provided excellent communication from the start. The home was clean and provided everything we asked for and then some. The four bedrooms worked out amazingly well, and even the singles were comfortable. Our family enjoyed an extended weekend fishing on the lake and enjoyed time in the home. The pool was closed at the time we visited so we can't provide info there. But, we couldn't have asked for more. We would love to come back!”

“We enjoyed a lovely weekend at Dogwood Springs Ranch. We spent the early morning hours drinking coffee on the front porch and watching the hummingbirds zip around. It was peaceful and very relaxing. Carlos provided a nice tour of the property via golf cart and also shared a dozen of fresh eggs. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. It was the perfect setting for our reunion weekend in the Mineola area.”

“Great little bungalow with everything you need and then some. The bed was very comfy, everything was clean, the heater kept the space plenty warm, & the owner was quick to respond when we locked ourselves out. The room had a large nice TV that was comfortably seen from the bed. It was just what we needed. We wanted to get away for a few days & recoup from the holidays, but we didn't want to be too far from home. This place fit the bill & worked out nicely. Even though the owner was in the house...
