"Had to leave a cash deposit and check in. Mine was $20 but it looks like for most it is $100\. Actually went to the room and checked it when I checked out to make sure I didn't do anything bad before they gave me my $20 back. The facility is really run down and not taken care of at all. The area and lobby are full of junk that looks like an ebay staging area."

"This was an absolutely beautiful home with so many amenities to enjoy. Our favorite time was relaxing by the water on the beautiful deck. Also wading from the sandy Beach. The master bathroom was amazing and felt almost like a spa experience. The host were very responsive to any questions - would definitely stay here again and recommend."

"We got in late, no one was there, but it was still seemless check in. The rooms had everything one needed. Also the rooms were set up good! Parking was easy, little sports bar next door was open late, so we got lucky. If ever in Tyler again, we would stay here for sure"
