"The hotel manager, Nancy, is unbelievable in terms of Customer Service and going above and beyond. I’ve never been to this hotel and just chose it randomly at the last minute and cannot believe how she has bent over backwards to make us comfortable and help us. My son was in a skiing accident in the area and was taken by ambulance to the hospital here and his dad and I who live out of state were flying here frantically to try to get to him, but were delayed with bad weather. Nancy, the hotel manager offered to go get him at the hospital when he was discharged and drove him in her personal car here to the hotel and got him settled into bed, hauling all his ski gear as well. And not to mention, but the hotel is charming and so lovely with a huge fireplace and lots of places to sit and relax, and just enjoy the fire and the snow falling outside. Amazing ! "
