Centrally Located 3 Bedroom Townhome

Welcome to Cary! This well-appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is conveniently located near downtown Cary, RDU, PNC Arena, NC State, shopping, and dining. Easily accessible, but tucked away in a quiet community. All three bedrooms along with the master ensuite and the second full bath are on the second level. A sleeper sofa and half bath are on the main level. As this is a townhome. please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-7am. A designated parking spot is located in front of the townhome and a second vehicle can be parked in a guest spot.
We provide a limited amount of household essentials for you to use when you arrive. These items include toilet paper, paper towels, hotel size lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. However, please note that we DO NOT re-stock these items during your stay. So if you need more you will need to get on your own.
We provide towels and linens for you to use during your stay, but we DO NOT provide a linen service. There is a washer and dryer in the unit so you are welcome to wash the linens you have as often as needed.
